Marc Yahnian is a Veteran in the Construction Industry, with a B.S. in Construction Management and 1000s of units built under his guidance. He diligently works with his Office Administration and Site Teams, and Design Teams from concept to completion. Over the years Marc has perfected his system to schedule, estimate and Value Engineer complex projects. Along with his unmatched ability to run a smooth and systematic office and field teams, he delivers quality and performance each time.

Marc believes understanding the expectations, knowing the details and early and constant communication, sets a project up for success even before breaking ground. He knows the future lies in closing the gap between design cost, delivery of materials, trade participation and understanding how to implement traditional construction means and methods to create a seamless project execution.

All the while maintaining high quality and cutting time and costs for a client. Marc worked with and for Chelsea Investment Group, Affirmed Housing Group, Martin Harris Construction-Texas Division, Crane Development, Katerra Construction and Alliance General Contracting and Construction Services. He held positions as Project Manager, Construction Manager and Vice President over several states and dozens of personnel. He was also the Western Regional VP for United Renovations covering California, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, and several other states.

Under his watch he has built over $400,000,000 in dollar volume and thousands of multifamily units from subterranean, podium, SOG Garden Style walk up and has a strong background in the commercial and industrial construction industry. Many of these units utilized Tax credits. Marc loves to travel the Hawaiian Islands, Tahiti, Mexico and is married to his college sweetheart.
