An effective process to a successful project starts with extreme pre- planning and proper design to eliminate changes in the field, change orders to the Developer, Investors, Clients, and oversights to the project itself. The pre – planning, teamwork and research that takes place prior to any mobilization of a team will paint a picture of the success of a project. Proper planning is project specific. A project cannot settle for generalities and constant assumptions, but rather the goal is to aim for truth based on a holistic understanding of the project, the vision, and the plans. The goal is to emerge out of the ground with energized collaboration for the entire team and project.  A well-planned project is a dynamic and vital element to a developer’s, investors, and client’s ability to communicate the vision clearly. This strategy will effectively highlight the project’s key designs while maintaining the schedule and costs.
